  The McDonald's in Lebanon, Indiana is in need of new management. When the credit card reader malfunctions you should a) contact the credit card reader company to have it serviced, and b) either post a well visible sign near the drive thru menu & speaker or have the employee taking the orders to first explain that "we are only accepting cash at this time." I found out at the payment window....you are wasting money by cooking food when most customers have no cash on them! I ordered "hot" coffee and it was cold. Boo to this particular McDonald's.

  Fast and friendly staff and they were packed when I went in got my big Mac Jr meal 10min from order to done which is pretty good.

  I dont go to Mcdonalds very often but i was in a hurry and it was the quickest place at the time. Waited about 7 minutes for fries and when they brought them out they looked liked they were from the day before and when I went in a said something about it they acted like it was no big deal. When you wait for food you expect it to be fresh.

  Pretty good usually. Staff is always nice. Check your order before you go home sometimes they miss things but lately I have not had that problem.

  Their ice cream machine has been down for months. Why even bother advertising your new chocolate shamrock shake if your ice cream machine is never going to work?
